Parenting Program
This weekly support program for parents is held at the GNPAL Center and is conducted by the Norristown Family Center and Carson Valley Children's Aide. Please call GNPAL for a schedule.
Back Talk for High School Youths
Conducted in partnership with Communities that Care, this programis for students in grades 8 through 12. M eetings are every other Tuesday at 4 p.m. at the GNPAL Center. The first meeting is September 13.

Mexican Folk Dancing
On Monday and Wednesday nights from 6 to 8 pm at the GNPAL Center.

Family Nights
Family nights are designed for elementary school-aged children and their parents. There will be four family nights during the 2011-12 school year from September to April.
The 2012 GNPAL Family Nights are sponsored by PECO.

Family Science Night will be held on Friday, March 23 from 6:30 to 8 pm. The whole family will enjoy the hands-on science experience. More information will follow as it becomes available.
New this year is Family Math Night on Friday, April 20from 6:30 to 8 pm. Details for the evening program will be updated as they become available.

Youth & Adult Tae Kwon Do
This martial art teaches physical and mental fitness as well as self defense. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Youth (ages 5 and up)
- Beginners at 5 pm.
- Intermediates at 6 pm.
